The Bay shines the brightest on a new moon when they sky is at its darkest and luckily, the new moon phase starts October 10th, 2026. You’ll have the entire week prior to the wedding to explore Vieques and enjoy the bioluminescence.
PSA you CANNOT swim in the Bay, BUT you will get wet.
